While I agree with you, it doesn't apply for other characters. Like Vegeta; despite being an alien, he sounds normal. And what about Krillin, he keeps the same high-pitched voice throughout the show too and he's just a human?

It actually is, you just have abnormally high expectations that just can't ever be met. In terms of faithfulness, the Kai dub is fantastic and FUNi has gone a long way since their original Z dub. Obviously unless if an anime is in Japanese and subbed, you won't ever be completely satisfied. Why...

But as far as I know, those lyrics were made up and weren't literal translations either. Same goes for FUNi's Dragon Ball opening, but not GT. GT's opening was faithfully translated.

He's right though. People do nitpick over the most ridiculous things and those people also take the cartoon way too seriously. If you can't accept and live with those things that are "inaccurate" then just don't watch it. We get it if you don't like it; you've said it a million times.
