Late to the party, I've been watching the show on and off but recently caught the Showdown finale. Um, WOW. Saki vs Yoshi...and damn that plot twist. Cold blooded. Everything else is a sideshow, it's all about the Saki-Yoshi feud.
If you're referring to Batman (1966), this article may help, namely the multitude of legal layers (royalties, etc):

Back on topic, looking forward to the Goliath Chronicles so I can purge the eps from my DVR.
The WB was a brand new network at the time, which afforded them a lot of leeway to be maverick. Think FOX in its fledgling years (Married With Children, In Living Color, COPS, The Simpsons' early years, etc). I should ask how many toonzoners were actually alive in the 80s!
I'm digging the show but the decision to exclude the likes of The Joker, Two-Face and The Riddler was needlessly handicapping oneself. I'm disappointed they usurped the Joker w/ Anarky. Mind you, I like Anarky (see my handle) but I didn't expect them to give him a Joker complex. I will...
Apart from "Stan By Me", I haven't really enjoyed USM. And am I the only one who preferred Avengers EMH to Avengers Assemble? I generally let my DVR fill up w/ recorded eps then purge weeks later. I likely won't purchase either series on DVD. And don't get me started on S.M.A.S.H.
So at what point can I select Gargoyles S2P2? I picked 4 titles and am proceeding w/ checkout, where I must create an account. Can I go back and select Gargoyles before final checkout or do I need to process it as a new order?
EDIT: So it looks like I need to wait a day until my membership is...
I'm glad Anarky is finally getting a go in animation. They could've used him in Batman Beyond, perfect foil for McGinnis, however they went w/ Mad Stan as the anti-establishment/counterculture antagonist.
Another solid film from the DCU Team! Looking forward to Batman: Year One.
All the segments were great however my top 2 are Avra: The First Lantern and Abin Sur vs Atrocitus. Bonus points for portraying Sinestro as a loyal Lantern years before his dark descent.
Hopefully a Flash film is...
DVR fail, I had audio but no visual so I had to scour the interwebs to find video (legally).
All sorts of awesome, easily one of the all-time greatest animated Bat-tales.
Loved the involvement of Adam West, Julie Newmar, Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Richard Moll. I'll be playing some BTAS...
