well, he been angry at anything, look I also angry (heck I compared David Ellison to elon musk) but at least my posts wasn't overreacting (And saying superman & looney tunes should be locked away, which is stupid and didnt makes sense, I mean, nickelodeon aired looney tunes and have a tv show that shows panels of dc comics and they even aired the lego batman 2 cutscenes made into a film once)

the best for it is like the Microsoft investing into apple thing if only ellisons are investing into it so they can sell it the moments Warner bros discovery back on track

I mean Ellison could mandate Superman to spread hateful rhetorics and messaging happening in our world under Ellison’s billionaire friends. Making sure it’s pro American the way they envision it. Making sure Americans only serve a king, a Messiah and a God.

Well, I knew about that info, as the short was uploaded on YouTube, however I was just talking about the history of Superman, and where Superman was produced before, just for reference.

But in places that don't apply the rule of the shorter term to works copyrighted in the United States (e.g. Germany), the Fleischer Superman shorts are technically still copyrighted, and all of them will be until at least 70 years have passed since the death of the last surviving person directly involved with them in such a way as to be considered an author under copyright law.

The only question is just exactly who owns these shorts when it comes to jurisdictions like the aforementioned Germany. Would it be Warner Bros. Discovery (which owns Superman under DC Comics)?

Well, here, I know what you mean, you wanted Superman cartoons and films not to be so much patriotic under Ellison, and should be neutral and international, talking about saving the world, as making it so much patriotic, would ruin the franchise. I remember when Dexter’s Laboratory has Justice Friends’ character called Major Glory, which shows how patriotic he looks, as in Uncle Sam episode.

If that doomsday scenario happens, Skydance will let private equity partners Redbird & Apollo, the Middle East funds, and any other financial contributors plunder the company for whatever they like.

The remaining husks of the company, they'll just strip it for parts in order to pay off David Ellison's newly-issued debt mountain.
