Yeah, I did notice myself some of those animations looked like "never-seen-before", especially the ones of the "Power" keyboard and the gumball machine. I don't think they would have produced those assets solely for squeezing them in a NEXT bumper, though.
Anyways, in today's episode that premiered on TV (S1E03, "Blade Games") they actually had no problem mentioning and talking about workplace harrasement (as part of that 80s motivational videotape owned by Pops), even letting that uncensored on CN CEE. It's not something offensive, but still, sensitive enough for a normal children/teen series to include in a conversation. Only Regular Show would let something like this
