Have they ever done such crossovers?

Ralph the Guard, a supporting character in Animaniacs, made his debut in a Tiny Toons episode (was it Hollywood Plucky?). I heard The Warner siblings made a brief cameo in the Tiny Toons Spring Break special. Baby Plucky appeared three times in Animaniacs, Buster and Babs appeared twice, Fifi appeared once and Elmyra made a few appearances (most are minor).

Don't forget how Shirley the Loon was seen standing in line to see Spielberg's latest blockbuster in the Slappy Squirrel short "Critical Condition", and Buster and Plucky appear in a newspaper that Slappy reads in "Hurray for Slappy".

Anyway, those were more cameo appearances or Easter eggs; I personally wouldn't really call then crossovers. To me anyway, a crossover is when characters from more than one series are active in the main plot. So in that regard, the only 'true' (by my definition) Animaniacs/Tiny Toons crossovers have been the short "Lookit the Fuzzy Heads" and the series Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain. (Interestingly, both depict A! characters interacting with Elmyra).

As far as actual crossover episodes/stories go, there haven't been any except for the 2 examples that Silverstar already mentioned. However, there have been several cameos from and allusions to various Tiny Toons characters in Animaniacs and at least 1 A! cameo in Tiny Toon Adventures:
  • In "Scare Happy Slappy", Skippy Squirrel dresses as Buster Bunny for Halloween.
  • Buster, Plucky and Dizzy Devil (and also Batman!) are seen among the angry citizens rushing to get their money back from the shifty bear homeowner in "Garage Sale of the Century".
  • Furrball makes a cameo in the Rita & Runt short "Home on De Nile".
  • Elmyra makes a cameo in "The Warners' 65th Anniversary Special".
  • Fifi LaFume makes a cameo in "Survey Ladies".
  • Mr. Skullhead has appeared on both TTA and A!
  • Elmyra's parents, Mac and Emily Duff, as well as her teenage sister Amanda can be seen in the courtroom in "L.A L.A. Law".
  • In the Tiny Toons: Night Ghoulery special, Shirley the Loon wears a Dot Warner costume for Halloween.
  • Mary Melody makes a brief appearance in the Mindy & Buttons short "Cat on a Hot Steel Beam".
  • Yakko, Wakko & Dot can be seen running past the camera behind the Capitol Building in The Tiny Toons Spring Break Special.

Actually, it was Fifi wearing the Dot costume. :)

And, last but not least, Pinky & The Brain had a quick cameo in the "Spring Break Special" (locked up at Elmyra's house, of course) and Elmyra would again encounter Brain in the "Frankenmyra" segment of "Night Ghoulery".

....Interesting how Ralph the Guard was far more competent in the TTA universe. :anime:

I have got to see Night Ghoulery and Spring Break. Too bad they've only aired once (at least I think they only aired once).

Night Ghoulery is out on VHS, on Amazon.com. You can nab that if you wanna see it.

Apparently, Elmyra was a popular character ... and I have NO idea why.

^That was a cameo, not a crossover. Like Buster & Babs' brief cameo in the Hip Hippos short "Noah's Lark".

A crossover is when the characters from the other series are involved in the main plot of the story. characters from another series making a sudden funny appearance is just a cameo.

Those doing the pyramid burger on YouTube are doing it wrong. Let it cook until it's well done because I've seen people doing it and trying it before spitting it after realising that it's raw.
I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
