For the new version of “The Flash”, the CW network has decided to bring back Amanda Pays – the actress who played Dr. Tina McGee on the original television series that ran for one season in 1990-91 on CBS. Pays, however, will not play her original role, but rather that of a geneticist in a rival to S.T.A.R. Labs.
“The Flash” premieres on the CW network on October 7, 2014.
