The new NBC comic book-based series “Constantine” has been awarded three extra scripts for its fledgling season. The series, based on the “Hellblazer” DC comic book, stars Matt Ryan in the leading role of John Constantine who is a combination con man/supernatural detective who must inevitably attempt to save humanity from the evils of the occult.
“Constantine” is currently scheduled to premiere on NBC on October 24, 2014.
