Here’s a short that introduces you to a completely different world and only lets you stay in it for four minutes, but leaves an impression on you for hours afterward.

There aren’t that many hints as to where “Glitch” takes place. It could be a future both highly advanced yet dystopian, or it could be the cyberspace world of an advanced computer. What we do know is that it’s a highly regulated, Orwellian city where glowing blue people march in lines and never deviate from the instructions given to them by giant red billboards.

There’s been a glitch, however, and it may be spreading. Some man is running around the city, and he’s not blue — he looks like a normal person. He also appears to have no idea what is going on or how he got there. And when he bumps into one of the people marching in the lines, he winds up spreading the glitch to her.

You’ll have to watch to find out what happens next. “Glitch” was created by a team of several people, and following the YouTube embed you’ll find contact information for those involved. The official “Glitch” Facebook page is here.
