Social media giant, Facebook, and video gaming giant, Blizzard Entertainment, have reached an agreement to expand their partnership allowing Blizzard Entertainment to integrate Facebook Live into all of its PC games. This means players will be able to log into Blizzard Entertainment video games using their Facebook accounts and begin touting their awesome video game talents.
Although players can stream games, Blizzard is in the process of incorporating Facebook’s Live API in order to create its own “Go Live” streaming functionality for games.
According to Facebook, there are more than 650 million monthly users play games connected to its platform.
