Ok, I was pretty much instantly sold as soon as I read this comic. Definitely liked the Blade Runner neo noir vibe. Great art, use of shadows, muted coloring. Great duo with Lawson and Two Boots much like Andor and K-2SO.

Roguish ex-bounty hunter turned cop who gets in trouble for breaking the rules. This keeps getting better.

Dangerous city, check. Syndicates, check. Scary monsters being illegally trafficked, check. Corrupt police department, check. Who shot corrupt cop Hendrix mystery, check.

Maul is on the way. Zoinks.

Will keep reading and definitely more hyped for the show.

Clever of Lawson to botch the credits sale to Deemis by informing another mob boss Vario on the sly.

Too bad this didn't finish coming out before the show premiere but it seems Marvel Comics was the last to know the premiere date like us.

Lawson and Vario scene was amusing. They seem used to being frenemies at this point. Only gaff could be here, Vario clearly knows Lawson has a son but in the show Vario is surprised Rylee is Lawson's son in the show.

Deemis seems to obvious to be behind this mystery. Must be one of these new characters, someone not in the show. Maybe thi Rulh guy from IA. But dug the tie-in to Maul getting intel for the bank heist we saw in the opening of season 1.

Pod racing but a blood sport on Janix. And the police look the other way because it makes so much revenue for the city. That tracks.

Confirmation Lawson was a bounty hunter. But he and Rheena often gamed the system for their benefit, heh. But what happened to all the money Lawson made?

Oh ho, Tor was doing a triple cross but unfortunately his target was also Maul's target, Rheena's casino's vault.
