Well little things, like Superman or Wonder Woman's cheek lines, or John Stewart's costume that for some reason always looked a bit outdated to me. Some of the villains, like Luthor, looked too detailed too, with only a few lines added from the STAS design that made the design harder to animate...

I completely agree. The revamp really turned JL into a totally different show, with better designs, animation and storyboarding, not to mention better stories but that's for another thread. Even if in the end, they weren't that different, the JL designs were a bit too complicated, too...

Let me try this rating thing... "I Am Legion" - 3.5 stars. Nice opening episode. It definitely lacked some excitement, but after the Cadmus ark and Epilogue, what do you expect? "Shadow of the Hawk" - 2 stars. I felt underwhelmed with that episode. For some reason I just couldn't care for...

Just as an update, busy Romain only got the pencils last week, inked it a couple of days ago and will finish the colors tomorrow... so in the end, it's really more up to busy Kris ;)

I really like the last one of the first batch, very good linework there. Try to avoid making female hands too big or thick, it makes them lose their grace, like in the latest one you just posted... Keep up the good work!

Interesting drawing indeed. Though I'm really not convinced by the grass texture, looks a bit too blurry and unrealistic for my taste. Other than that you do have a unique style, show us more!

I have to say I'm impressed by the last but one pic you posted, the style is very loose and there's a great dynamic to the character's pose. Great job there. As for the new comic you just posted, to be frank I found it a bit difficult to follow, as the storytelling isn't clear in some areas...

Here's a 3 page story I just did... originally meant to be rushed, but eventually I spent a little more time on it than expected. It was really more of a layout and storyboarding exercise than anything else ;)

I really like this design. I'm not sure how closely it relates to your original idea, as it doesn't say "scary" to me (and MM probably point out the right reasons) but it looks very cool and stylish nevertheless. Great job.
