I'd personally like to see something akin to Laff Riot, the show that got morphed into The Looney Tunes Show. TLTS was OK, but it was a tad too grounded for my tastes. Even with the suburban setting it could've been crazier, see Rocko's Modern Life.
It's like certain reboots out there where everybody lost intrest because there's nothing too controversial to get up in arms about, other than the "No Relation - Siblings" change. Or TTA was one of those shows that people weren't all that hyped about for a comeback (my local news station was VERY hyped about the Animaniacs revival; Ducktales still get brought up today from time to time).
It's just the nature of cable and streaming these days. It's not alone. A lot of the newest shows from Disney and Nick haven't gotten much buzz either. Hardly anyone knows these shows exist.
