It's unfortunate, but inevitable; An American Tail is a dead franchise now; Universal hasn't done anything new with Fievel in years, not since that Fievel Goes West SatAM cartoon that aired on CBS and that was years ago. Uni needs tourists', and KidZone hasn't had anything new to offer in a long time.

Yeah, it makes sense. I like the idea of kids being introduced to characters like Fievel and the Lantz staple and checking out the films etc when they get home, but it's not going to get them excited like Minions or Spongebob. I just thought it was nice that it was still there representing Amblimation, Bluth, traditional US animation outside of Disney etc. But this is idealism talking, pragmatically it makes sense.
