(Pt. 1 of response) I've found info about the Arabic "Holidays" dub done in Israel just by accident. Somebody uploaded all the dub credits of "Holidays" on Netflix (which were after the movie) on YT (but not as public video, neverthless he uploaded it basically just to show that even "subtitles" countries like Sweden got the proper dubs but Poland "traditionally" got only a lectored version).
