My first thought was "None of the above".

Well, all of them are annoying pretty much all the time, Nova probably being the worst one out of the three as far as I'm concerned. So the real competition is between the other two.

I like Star-Lord's taste in music... and that's about all I can say about his cartoon portrayal. I guess he does have some cool and brief moments where he shines but the scenes where he's acting childish kind of overshadow all that.

Hawkeye isn't all that awful on Assemble, more like annoying. He also had some decent scenes over the course of the show but compared to the brilliant way he was portrayed on Avengers EMH he's just not as memorable, even after this many episodes.
