What If Cartoon Network Had Produced WOY?

TBH, Wander over Yonder works better on CN than it was on Disney.

If it wasn't for Snyder giving everyone (including Craig McCracken) the pink slip back in 09', then Wander would've done very well on CN in the 2010's.

I don't think McCracken was fired; he left on his own. But I always wonder what did ever happen to Dominator? McCracken said that the reason why it ended on a cliffhanger because they were hoping that Wander would get renewed for a 3rd season.

I only watched the first few episodes of Wander Over Yonder; the show started to lose me when it started to become the Lord Hater Show. I never thought the show needed a mustache twirling villain in the first place, then it became all about the villains. I was already done with WoY by the time they added Lord Dominator. I know that Kid Cosmic is on Netflix, but I saw enough of it to know it wasn't my jam.

As for whether or not Wander would've fared better on Cartoon Network, we can only speculate. It's just funny how some things turn out, and what might've been. CN also passed on The Fairly OddParents, and Nickelodeon passed on Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy. Bruce Smith took The Proud Family to Disney Channel after Nick rejected it.

True true.

Well, for what I have heard from Craig, the executives who support Wander from Day 1 had already left and being replace by new ones who were not interested in it and want to go on a different direction.

So, make it that for what you will.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I heard the new heads at Disney Television Animation wants McCracken back, but he's too busy working on Foster's Funtime. If this proves that they want WoY back, I may give Disney another chance! ;)

I am expecting the upcoming PPG reboot. That's all.

For me, if it was a CN show, it could be easily forgotten like what happened with shows such as Squirrel Boy and Class of 3000. Disney didn't treat the series well, and CN would likely get past the same scenario.

How do we know Cartoon Network would've treated Wander badly? They usually treated Craig's first two shows great and early 2010s was a great time for the animation on Cartoon Network (since they would've aired Wander on Monday nights with Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Gumball), how do we know it'd be obscure as Squirrel Boy and Class of 3000?

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
