I think it’s because they don’t have any new content, and they don’t think the 6-9 demo will like them, especially Steven UniverseWhat's keeping Cartoon Network UK from having reruns of Steven Universe and Uncle Grandpa on its schedule, or even Cartoon Network classics? These are all readily available on HBO Max in the UK, and with ready-to-use prints that are more than fully sufficient for Cartoon Network airings in the UK.
As much as I don't like the feed, the feed is struggling as it is, I don't think they're going to attract an older audience for their classics.I think it’s because they don’t have any new content, and they don’t think the 6-9 demo will like them, especially Steven Universe
They have began putting Boomerang programmes on it with Mr. Bean.As much as I don't like the feed, the feed is struggling as it is, I don't think they're going to attract an older audience for their classics.
Maybe for Steven Universe though, they could think about it.
The feed is local and can do its own choices
Maybe they could put some on Boomerang, though? But even there...
In fact, for very similar reasons, I believe the only possibility of a big schedule shake up on CN IT, would be shutting it down in favour of CN WE.
I've been posting Excel graphs here sometimes. If there's enough interest, I can start doing them weekly. I haven't posted them for months. Although I did write the schedule here recently in text mode.Does anyone know a guy or website with weekly CN WE schedule charts, I’ve started watching it and I want to find schedules in English/French
Anyways in the latino one . The intro was transferred into the original AT instead of new one . And the intro was suprisley localized as well
Cartoon Network UK, Boomerang UK, and Cartoonito UK July 2026 Highlights:
Hey Random me you said that you were going to make a chart or something when old shows last aired on CN Africa when will you post it?Since 2015 when the shakeups took place
I haven't made it yetHey Random me you said that you were going to make a chart or something when old shows last aired on CN Africa when will you post it?

this is Interesting... I thought the UK team was now in charge of all operations of CN Africa like everybody saidCN Africa's main office is in Issy-les-Moulineaux in Paris, CNN has a place on Owl Street, Johannesburg though. It seems that they partner with local companies on their behalf when doing filming or promotional events, including Multichoice.
Yes, it is, and it's clearly visible in terms of editorial decisions, yet some decisions are still made in Francethis is Interesting... I thought the UK team was now in charge of all operations of CN Africa like everybody said
CN CEE also had We Bare Bears off the schedule at that point, don't worry (it was for almost a whole year by then, thanks to their mentality of leaving out ended shows to rot). As a matter of fact, they planned to keep WBB still airing around February 2021, yet last minute changes took place and instead of it, the 2016 PPG series briefly returned to the regular schedule and replaced it, along with (uuughhh) Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs: The Series (out of all shows, what was even the point of returning Cloudy at that time?!?!)I find it particularly odd that between September 2021 and January 2022, the UK feed or Cartoon Network was one of, if not, the only international feed to not air awe Bare Bears at all, in where pretty much all other international feeds were still airing it by that point. It doesn't mean that the show is gone from linear TV as it still had reruns on CBBC by then.
They had planned to have it on HBO Max, so maybe synergy with the streaming service?along with (uuughhh) Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs: The Series (out of all shows, what was even the point of returning Cloudy at that time?!?!)
the service launched way later than the time it was airing on CN CEE in 2021, so idkThey had planned to have it on HBO Max, so maybe synergy with the streaming service?
Well, it was on HBO Max in Latin America, but apparently already had localized episode titles in many other languages beyond English, Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese on the platform. They had planned to have it on HBO Max, so maybe synergy with the streaming service?
