Also Peter, have you found any evidence of a very rare Christmas special called "The Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe in Santa"? It was only shown on The WB on un-specified dates, on public access TV stations (It was shown on some defunct ind. station.. IN JUNE OF 2003) and the only footage there...
It was actually A Disney Christmas Gift you were talking about on the review. A Walt Disney Christmas was made before this and WAY different than your review. It's just full of Disney cartoon shorts.

Jiminy Crickets Christmas and A Disney Channel...
Casper was never really a favorite of mine. I'm not saying I hate Casper, I just think that he is a "Meg" character. But that doesn't mean HarveyToons are bad.
I know Jetix (Don't know what country) used to show Mickey Mouse and His Friends, a strange version of Mouse Tracks. (I never seen Jetix in other countries, I found it on the web)

Love that Cheers ad. Heck, from looking at my local newspaper on Google Newspaper Archive, I found the NBC Week ad from the day Cheers premiered.

If your wanting to know what WOWL-15 was...
AUUUGH. I wish RTV came back to my area. I remember when Retro TV was on some crappy TV station called WTZT-TV and showed "most" of their programing. They did not showed the E/I shows on weekdays nor the cartoons on Saturdays, instead showed the E/I shows on Saturdays. They also did not show 6pm...
The analog channel near my area is called WMTY- TV 45. It is a analog station (The only place i got it from was from my Great-Grandmothers place, as of writing this) and shows Gospel programing. Very strange indeed.
I've seen this special before. Starz has this special on their " Starz On Demand" service and I guess a special with Howie Mandell, Jonathan Taylor Thomas and Marlon Wayans (Plus songs by Trisha Goddard) would be enough.
I found some Disney Channel Middle East promos on YouTube. Here you go-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxFkhD9btrQ&list=UU5CiF8yv7ZUUCMhBzJva6tA&index=33 (Goof Troop)

I do have a question, is there any Analog TV stations over in Portland and/or Selma? I actually found a Analog TV station in my area, which is totally weird.
