Let's be honest: you can't imagine anyone other than either Kikuchi-san (whose reprising the role from Tsubasa and xxxHolic) or Yuri Shiratori (the original seiyuu) voicing Mokona.

I'm well aware of the merger needing to take place first. What I am referring to is how, when CN finally picked up Super Friends, they only had access to certain seasons of the show, as some of the other seasons (The All-New Super Friends Hour, the "three stories" seasons of the 1980's) were...

I feel that this was a case of Cartoon Network having to wait until the airing rights for those shows expired before they can add them to the line-up. Other examples of this would have included various Yogi Bear titles (as Nickelodeon still had airing rights to them at the time) and certain...

Wrong. When Ted Turner purchased the MGM library in 1986, it included the Tom & Jerry cartoons and the a.a.p. animation library (which consisted of the pre-1948 Warner Bros. color cartoons and the Paramount Popeye cartoons).

For those who haven't checked Tubi in a while, Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain are now part of the service.

There's also some PD releases of the short (I remember seeing this as part of the PD shorts that were included in the original VHS release of The Care Bears in the Land Without Feelings).
