2010 for me, with 2013 being a runner-up! They both were pretty good years in my opinion. We saw a lot of good shows like Adventure Time, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Regular Show, and more!
Good ratings for Cocomelon? Now THAT I kinda saw coming. As I mentioned a while back in the Universal Kids discussion thread, Cocomelon IS pretty popular with younger children, since last time I checked, the show's official YouTube channel has up to about 131 million subscribers. But I'm kind of...
You were scared of the Neon Mickey opening bumper too? Same! We had some old Disney tapes as a kid and some of them had that logo on it. My family sold a lot of our Disney tapes during a yard sale we had one time (I would've been about 6 or 7 when we did). But still... I don't know why, but...
IKR!? Now, I like Mighty Mike a bit. It's a pretty good show tbh. It's just.... Universal Kids totally needs to step up their game and add more variety (like add a bit more DreamWorks shows for example).
Even though I'm not a MAJOR fan of the Minions, it's still pretty cool that they're doing shorts now. I just wish they'd start focusing on some of the other characters too (such as Gru, and the girls (Margo, Edith, and Agnes) for example).
Anyway, earlier this morning I saw a short with Emily...
TBH, that actually sounds like that would be a good idea! The Minions are HUGELY popular so that could probably lead to high viewership, but at the same time, I'm not fully sure.
Like Silverstar and JTOONSAnimation said, the block just needs time to find it's place in the preschool entertainment industry. Maybe soon it'll probably be competing with Nick Jr. and Disney Junior. But we don't know for sure yet.
Does anyone remember these bumpers that played around either 2009 or 2010, where the Nickelodeon stars at the time sang their own rendition of the jingle?
