My parents used to enjoy watching Batman and Superman now and then. Now, when I was watching JLU, they might sit down for a few minutes and was totally unable to identify with any of the 50 characters flashed before them in the span of 5 minutes. "Who is this new guy??". Several of the episodes...

With the time change and all, CN is going to gain an extra hour at 2am. What will they do? Will they push Batsuper to 3am (2am the new time), or show it at 1am (the new time?).

MIB2 was good, but had several cliches in it that really brought the film down, IMO. Powerpuff Girls may be doing badly, but I'm sure they're already turning a profit. ;)

If you guys want to see it "as the director intended", then all you have to do is take two strips of construction paper and tape them to your TV.

By Phantasm as an example I meant giving a choice between widescreen and full frame versions, not saying that Phantasm was matted. Actually, I sold my edited RotJ DVD in anticipation of this...

I don't consider the top and bottom being cropped out as the "uncut" version (pun intended).

Re: stuuuuupid question!! This stinks. I was really hoping we'd get the ORIGINAL uncut. But no, we get the "cut uncut", as in, they cut out the tops and bottoms of the image! Do VHS versions of the uncut exist which do not have the chinese subtitles and/or "Property of Warner Video" logos...

Did anyone else notice that they aired the Superman intro last night (yay!), but some idiot at CN forgot to remove the "Adult Swim" logo (boo!)? That thing makes me feel so dirty. =P

Definitely not argon, but there are other 'cool-sounding' elements, such as uranium and plutonium, which you'll sometimes find products called.
