DBZ getting a marathon the last week of the year could also be a fond farewell but it's anyone's guess at this point.
I'm hoping they'll extend the at least the JoJo marathon to cover all of Phantom Blood. It's Christmas Eve, so why not go a bit longer?
One can only wonder where CN would even put Justice League Action. Preferably not just Saturday morning with Pokemon and Lego stuff. It'd be nice to see them try it out on Thursday at least to start.
I'm hoping that the CN broadcast will start around the time of the Teletoon one but CN isn't...
It only makes sense to rerun a big hit like One-Punch Man but that wont end until the week after Parasyte ends so they may have to get creative. There's several shows they still have the rights to. Or they might simply encore One-Punch Man ep 12 that week before starting the show over in that...
Well that's a bit different from the usual "can Toonami be it's own network" question but Toonami cannot only exist for 3.5 hours a week and be considered a network. Adult Swim had to be airing several hours multiple nights a week to be granted network status. At least as far as ratings go.
I'm...
It's been a while since I did one of these bad boys. I tried not to over-indulge on shows that wont interest their current audience and I doubled up on the newest stuff for the weekend line-ups.
MONDAY-FRIDAY
7:00 AM - Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc.
7:30 AM - Batman: The Brave and the Bold
8:00 AM -...
These were fun shorts and I like that they are a continuous story but I could see how someone less tech savy might have trouble watching them in the correct order. Speaking of which, how will kids know about these anyway? Are they at least promoting the YouTube channel on the toy boxes? Was...
Well that's a problem then isn't it? Where's the creativity? CN made creative and engaging promos highlighting aspects of their shows on the cheap for years.
While Nickelodeon and Disney can be equally guilty about promoting shows in off-putting ways I do think both of them tend to do a better...
Hulu offers a lot more freedom to content owners in how much of their content they want to have up and how long they want it to stay there. Not too mention the stats thing Dudley just mentioned.
The CN shows will be ad-free on Hulu Plus so folks used to watching them on Netflix aren't going to...
Well that seemingly came out of nowhere. I believe I heard Mike Sinterniklaas as a henchman and possibly Dana Snyder as Dr. Zin (might have been someone else like James Hong). Mike and/or Dana showing up in a Jonny Quest project is rather amusing to me since they're key voices in Venture Bros...
I was really excited with the first episode and a bit less with the second was still rather pumped but the third episode... I dunno. The show has a great style to it and the characters are interesting enough but the overlaying story needs to grip me a bit more. Still, I highly recommend it...
Ah yes the story of a chef who would be considered a commoner putting a bunch of cooking school snobs in their place. I'm enjoying this so far, though mostly it makes me want to revisit Yakitate Japan.
MewTwo feels a bit faster than Melee which is a welcome change because now MewTwo doesn't feel quite as disjointed. Otherwise I haven't noticed many changes from the brief moment I played.
Haven't had a mech cartoon homage this elaborate since Megas XLR and it was glorious.
The focus group bit was too good.
The toy ad and episode narrator voice over were spot on, props to the voice director and Roger Craig Smith.
That final line about video games was the clincher. Regular Show...
I will continue to root for Isaac and I look forward to seeing what other characters become DLC.
Nice of them to bring Lucas back. Wouldn't mind Wolf but I'd rather have Krystal.
