Haven't seen the most recent episode, but I really enjoy this show. If you are a fan of sports, or just like guys being competitive about innocuous stuff, then his show is worth a try.
Highlights of "The League" :
Taco's birthday song in "The Draft"
The sack race to determine draft order, and...
For me, the answer is easily Bret Hart.
He could work with numerous different opponents and bring out the best in their respective styles to have a quality match. He was arguably the one of the most popular faces in the world at one point, and he could also be an excellent heel, as evidenced...
Anybody notice that was Mick Foley providing the voice of the Thunderbolt character? He was great. This shows is just so great. Always loving Early and his attitude.
Many theme songs have been great, but a few that stand out to me.
Bret Hart's in WWF
Stone Cold Steve Austin's circa 1997-1999
Demolition's (Here comes the Ax, Here comes the Smasher)
The Hollywood Blondes in WCW
I'm going to politely disagree with you, and say that I felt the show improved with the addition of the Natalie Teeger character. She is a stark contrast from Sharona, but I always felt was far too abrasive with Monk. But then I think her character was more easily frustrated with Monk than...
I just saw this episode yesterday, and I really liked it. And I'm not a big Batman fan to begin with. I'm just happy that Bats will be teaming up with other heroes from the DC Universe, as I really didn't need another solo Batman show.
Thought Will Friedle as Blue Beetle was great. Looking...
Actually, I don't believe that it was specifically stated in that episode that Brian "believed" in God. Acknowledging the Ten Commandmants or the Bible doesn't mean one believes in God. It means they are familiar with the subject.
Didn't find the episode to be funny. Most jokes fell flat, and...
I just heard the news, very sad. I remember going out and buying his first album "See The Light" after hearing a couple of the songs back in 1989. A great album and a truly great and very underrated muscian. Just heartbreaking.
I recommend people check out his music, really excellent stuff...
To me, Tim Daly is the definitive Superman. His performances on STAS made such an impression on me, and really influenced my appreciation of the character. He will always be the best Superman VA to me. I never get tired of watching STAS because Mr. Daly was so excellent in the role.
