Something very important that the Nick employee from that AMA said:
Walt Disney, Jr. wrote: By the current ratings for the recently aired episodes, is there a likely chance there will be a Season 11 or is it up to Butch, like with Dan and Swampy on Phineas and Ferb and Alex Hirsch on Gravity...
I watched "Girly Squirrley" a few days ago and I gotta say, even though AJ not having any lines was disappointing, Chloe actually seemed like a normal person (mind you, in FOP's context only). Heck, I may even say that she even fit almost perfectly as a cast member had I not been aware of her...
But he wasn't even discussing a shipping issue nor was he insinuating that child abuse was funny. Tootie has almost revealed the existence of fairies once, in "Birthday Wish!". You don't need to get hyper defensive over imaginary pot-shots over your favorite character.
I'd advise against going off the title cards to infer what the episodes will be like. They are often misleading - The Big Fairy Share Scare's card has two pairs of hands pulling apart at Cosmo, which implies that Timmy and Chloe fight over the fairies, when really it's only Timmy who's antagonistic.
I don't understand. If Chloe's actions always caused chaos in the end, WHY does she have a Nobel Prize, the president's number, and all of Dimmsdale's admiration? She says that because of this, no one liked her, so why does everyone like her?
To be honest, this is what grates on me the most...

Kari Wahlgren interview.
She doesn't talk about Chloe here, but she does have indispensable advice for anyone considering voice acting.
EDIT: Here is Part 2, and she does talk about Chloe in this video.
All of Nick's shows have the same "flavor" to them, so to speak. They all kind of blend in together. Any sort of change is better than none at this point.
Part of the frustration with FOP is that it could easily be different if given the right writers but it isn't. And that's all the...
One thing I actually appreciate about Hartman's interviews is whenever he describes how he moved through the animation industry, what he needed to do, who he met. For any aspiring television writer, it's invaluable information.
It looks like my guess on why he needed to share fairies was...
Well spoken. We can infer so much from videos, articles, and the like, but we'll never officially know what the guy is like. Maybe Hartman does have the ability to write something extraordinary without Nick hampering him, and perhaps he's doing well at at home- perhaps he's not. All in all, I...
