I don't think DC Iberia has ever had Next bumpers even during both the Red & Blue and Circles eras. They only started implementing the Now (Ahora) bumpers during Bounce.
DC UK also didn't use Next bumpers as much, naturally since they're the only DCI network to have continuity announcers during...
Nope, it was already gone by the time the Bounce era came along in November 2002.
My guess is that they didn't exactly know what to do with it in the new brand direction for the channel and/or engagement with the block itself took a sharp decline that year when the internet became slightly more...
These idents, by the way, were produced by Media Odyssey / Charlie Company, an Australian design agency, with VFX work done by Maurice Powell.
There are two other idents from this particular package: Stargazing and Keyboard (shown here). The latter is mainly used as a website promo.
And yes...
Promoting Disney Channel as "the imagination station" and/or "the place for Disney magic" was a very common thing in the past for the contemporary DCI networks.

About time.
And this means that (with the notable exception of Disney International HD) the Glass branding has finally been put to rest after 12 years.
Probably due to that feed's switch from being a dedicated feed run by WDT Singapore to a carbon-copy of the Scandinavian feed in 2005. It's likely that The Proud Family was able to air a lot on DC ME during the former phase; and since DC Scandinavia didn't air said show, that trait soon got into...
Disney Channel transitioning from a premium network to a basic cable offering since the mid-90's was a helpful factor in allowing it to expand on the tween demographic. Although to be fair, during the time when Lizzie and Even Stevens had their first-runs, DC was still perceived as an all-around...
Well, no. TWWOD also aired on other weekdays, so Liga Disney Channel airing on Tuesdays meant freeing up space for more shows on the slot where TWWOD would be in.
Speaking of which...
Disney Channel Spain schedule (Thursday, July 12, 2001):
