Unfortunately no, that's not how it works. CW/WBTV produced LoT and then sold the streaming rights to Netflix (for a set period of time). Netflix currently has nothing to do with the production of the series. It is also very unlikely that Netflix would try and save it like they did for Lucifer...

Character avatars are already a thing that's available. They've got a decent amount to choose from. On the profile selection screen, click manage profile, click on the profile, click on the circle with the camera icon, choose character.

Justice League Season 2, and JLU on Bluray are both 1.78:1 aspect ratio, which is correct. I don't have JL Season 1, but I believe it is in 1.33:1 aspect ratio, which is the full image as animated.
