I can't believe two kids channels will shut down for good this year (the first one was Smile). But I'm not surprised by this, given that the channel was basically 24/7 Cocomelon in its' current state.
If we're counting animated stuff, I remember reading that because said thing is public domain, an episode of Jimmy Neutron had characters watching the animated Gulliver's Travels movie.
