Paramount+ does not carry any French content in Canada. Illico+ has day 1 rights to Paramount's content, but its mainly for movies and they don't carry any Nick content anymore.
Aside of public broadcasters, the last kids channels in Canadian French will be daytime Télétoon and Télémagino...

Club Illico (now Illico+) doesn't show any Nick's shows anymore since Corus lost the streaming rights to them, as it was a sublicensing deal.

Discovery Canada has been running and few scripted programming since the end of the genre protection law and USA Network has mostly been running unscripted content lately. This might be the reasons why.
