Does anyone have any idea where the music cues used in alternate m/e tracks for older MGM shorts from the 30s-early 40s (ex: The Milky Way, Red Hot Riding Hood, most Happy Harmonies shorts...) come from? I haven't watched a lot of MGM shorts outside T&J and Tex Avery so I wonder if they simply...

According to Jerry Beck, "The Crackpot Quail" (1941) will be included as an extra feature on the Tex Avery Screwball Classics Vol. 3 Blu-ray... but with its original soundtrack (which means it will finally have the original "raspberry" noises instead of the whistling heard on all other prints...

Unfortunately though I heard they recently got rid of all their classic library because of HBO Max's Latin Amercain release :(

Here in France, France 3 began airing classic LT shorts every Sunday morning in January I think. They stopped around March but resumed in April. Their rotation is made up of HD-remastered shorts from the Golden, Super Stars and Platinum collections, all with the new French dubs from 1997 and on...

Indeed, besides Big Top Bunny has the same issue and some pre-48 shorts have altered endings like in their EU dubbed versions.

I noticed Odor of the Day on CN Japan has an odd 1998 disclaimer similar to those of the Stars of Space Jam shorts. I'm not sure at all but it may be the case for other shorts as well.

So the Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary collection released a few days ago (and I'm waiting for my copy to come in the mailbox). Apparently it has Portughese audio besides English and French. Unfortunately though it seems that the following shorts still have those HBO Max edited title screens :/ *...

True! Otherwise, I made a list of shorts that have a music-only track. I was able to identify them as a number were entirely or partially released on DVDs/Blu-rays and/or the "Carl Stalling Project" CDs, and a lot of music cues are featured in (mainly post-1995) foreign m/e tracks, DVD...

I also noticed "Chaser on the Rocks" is missing its ending card on both HBO Max and the Boomerang streaming service.
