Destroyer did not end the DCAU in my opinion. Destroyer is just the series finale to Justice League Unlimited whereas Epilogue is the series finale to the entire DCAU.

Time sure does fly by. The DCAU actually ended with Justice League Unlimited Epilogue on July 23 2005. Even though it ended the DCAU, more DCAU was still being produced after and I am glad we got a season 3 of Justice League Unlimited. I consider Epilogue the definite ending to the DCAU...

The DCAU comics are not being made anymore. The Batman Beyond DC Comics series is a retcon of the DCAU. It is not canon. Legacies of the DCAU is actually a good continuation of the DC Animated Universe. I consider it more of an alternate universe story, similar to adventures in the DC Universe.

The DCAU ended 11 years ago with epilogue on Saturday, July 23, 2005. Today's date is the same day as that one. I am glad JLU continued and had a series finale. Epilogue is an ending to the entire DCAU universe. Does anyone wish to see it return? I know they did not resolve the red hood story...

I find it interesting that this is being released on July 23, 2016, 11 years to the day that Epilogue and the whole DCAU ended for that matter. Justice League Unlimited ended later.
