I checked Kryptonsite's Smallville music list, and it has the song "God is a DJ" by Faithless from the album Sunday 8PM as the club song, but I remember cuts from Insomnia in the mix. It could be a remix like you said. Anyway I hope this helps you.

If you mean the club song that plays throughout the episode, it's Insomnia by Faithless from the 1997 album Reverence.

It does appear that WHV is steadily moving away from the individual volume releases, and instead opting for box set releases. As I would prefer that when they return to releasing X-Men Evolution that they commence with a Season 3 box set. It is possible that they may opt for a Season 1 box...
