Most of it was fairly average, but the trio of "Nah, we take what we can get. We've got two dead guys guarding the ammo shed", "Laura! LAURA!" and "Not you, Fred Durst" killed me.

I thought RahXephon was supposed to be the modern version of Raideen.

Somehow, they probably don't think that major plotlines should be beholden to throw-away easter eggs made years ago.

It was nice. Not exactly mindblowing, but nice to see that there's still some quality animation, hand-drawn no less, being made at the Disney studios. Hopefully it's a preview of things to come with Frog Princess. With the lack of SFX and voices it actually felt a bit more like a Fantasia short...

Wow. That was probably Whedon's strongest issue yet, in terms of drama. More than makes up for the "Danger" arc. This is the best comic I've read in years, and by far the best X-Men I've ever read.

I definitely believe in the sign of Zeta. Gets me pumped every time. The original "Tobe, Gundam!" is a close second. It's corny, but I like it. After that I like the retro feel of the Turn A theme, and the first 0083 theme is pretty strong.

Just a question... It's been years since I've seen many of the episodes, although I'm considering the DVD... Anyways, other than the Pilot and a couple of two-parters, do episodes of Talespin have to be watched in any particular order? They all seem self-contained, and I don't think there were...

First thoughts... Matthew Perry can still only play Chandler Bing. Not really a bad thing, but it'll take a while to get used to. I hate, hate, hate Amanda Peet's character. Not that she's a terrible actress, but her character is just annoying and implausible. Her "charm" got old real quick...
