If you count it, the cheapest DW film is Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, which cost $30 million. However, it was produced by Aardman and made in Britain. If not, Captain Underpants is the cheapest DW film.

Hank Zipzer is quite a British show (apart from Henry Winkler), it will be interesting to see how it does in the US. Winkler (who created and stars in it) even said in an interview that he would never be able to sell it in the US because of the cultural differences.

This is a TV show, it won't be uploaded to Youtube. Also, the show has literally only just been pitched to broadcasters at MIP TV in Cannes. There's always various announcements throughout the year and the 2018-19 upfront.

Is TLH popular enough overseas to be a hit? SpongeBob is, but The Loud House definitely isn't (at least in the UK). Nick, CN and Disney Channel aren't the main kids channels over here.
