While Harley does have more popularity than a lot of other DC characters, I'm not sure DC Entertainment would have enough faith in her to give her a solo film. They don't even have faith in Wonder Woman at this point, and the only way we were able to get (mediocre) Aquaman and Teen Titans movies...
I'm indifferent towards the R-rating so long as it isn't needless. A lot of the recent DCAOMs have had some pretty gratuitous and, in my opinion, unnecessary/over-the-top violence. But TKJ is inherently a disturbing story which could warrant an R rating, so I'll be optimistic and reserve...
I wasn't the biggest fan of season one, as I thought it was a pretty typical telling of Vixen's origin story that didn't bring much new material to the table. But I do quite like the characterization of Vixen, and LOVED her appearance on "Arrow", so I'm pretty excited for season two.

Decent movie at best. Very overcrowded (as every recent DC movie has been). And voice acting was largely pitiful, both in casting and in execution. If this movie had been exclusively about the Teen Titans and developing that team dynamic, we might've had a really great movie.
I applaud the idea of adding a subplot featuring Barbara as Batgirl. One of my biggest complains about "The Killing Joke" has always been that, for the purposes of that particular story, Barbara was fridged. In future stories, her being shot by the Joker ended up strengthening her character, but...
