I'll definitely be double dipping on this. It does make me wonder how they're going to do this though, considering it was edited on video. They might have to recut every episode, like they did with the TNG blurays. It won't be cheap.

I don't see Red Skull returning until someone fiddles with the tesseract. So maybe an after credits scene in Thor 3 or Guardians 2, then have Avengers 3 start off with them fighting him.

You can't copyright a name or title, you trademark it. And not true, as you actually can have two movies, even remakes, with the same name. RoboCop, anyone?

Disney doesn't make much money from it's Disney channels (ever Notice his the Disney channel has practically no commercials for anything not Disney? They make their money from merchandise) And as such they'd rather sell the exclusive airing rights to another channel so they can actually make money
