Another animated film where the talent was sorely misused and the production behind the scenes was probably way more interesting than what the final result was (Brad Bird once said that the artists were "illustrating what Ray Bradbury is writing," and Bradbury was "putting in writing what...
Kare Kano should be right up their alley if they ain't looking for constant teenage boys, looking for another Degrassi, and if they're okay with the high-art style that'll obviously go over their heads.
The many problems I find with LK's recent work were still noticeable in the movie (some of the gags went on for too long, other gags were repeated just for the sake of it, continuing jokes that got old a long time ago, making up gags no one is going to get unless you know LK personally, too much...
Which will be edited (the television airing that is) to make sure no one gets offended except the hardcore of fans for berating why it's there in the first place.
Ah well, whatever it takes I guess. And I doubt 4Kids is the type to grab a show like "Sailor Moon", especially nowadays.
This week's review isn't really epic, which is a shame, since it's a Epic Mickey.
Another splendid review, with a lot of good points; his comment that kids don't care for cartoons before "ThunderCats" made me laugh hard because he's right; good luck finding High School and College kids...

I was called "the most useless member" by someone on another forum.
That might be bad in foresight, and at the time, I saw it as a bad experience. But now, I think he was right. If anything, it was a "bad experience that later became good" in my eyes.
My dad told me the family is going on sometime around July 25th, but that's all I know so far. I have no idea what's going to happen at that time...yet.
How should we deal with that fact? Simple; rather than mourn that he left this world too soon, we should celebrate on what he accomplished, what he left, and the impact and inspiration of his work. That, and enjoy life to the fullest, because it's a good life, and we can enjoy it.
Because...
