Lol, I think you're mixing up negative/angry with constructive criticism. Aside from the new theme song this SMA episode just had a rather blah/same 'ol, same 'ol feeling to it. And I think that making the movie in-continuity with the series was a totally stupid idea.

This is all speculation so far and we don't even know if the continuity errors & the screwing with Rini's character for a bigger payoff in the future were the actual reasons behind it all & what not. But hypothetically speaking here even if those were the actual reasons they still sacrificed...

So what you're basically saying is that these continuity errors will be some sort of big payoff in the future when they Abridge the R season? In other words: Make an unfunny movie & confuse the hell out of you with continuity errors in order to make you laugh harder when the actual R episodes...

Agreed! The movie really sucked IMHO, and definitely isn't rewatchable at all :sweat:. The only things/jokes that I liked in it were:

The only thing I didn't like about this episode was Victoria's transformation song -_-. Usagi/Serena/Victoria is not fat, so the fact that they keep on using that joke as a running gag is a little weird to me. Other than that though everything else was a 5/5 (especially the theme song).
