I received my Volume 14 in the mail today. As mentioned previously, it does indeed give us 7 episodes and push us all the way thru the ABR portion of the show. I called CH after I got home with my dvd, paid for it, and then promptly cancelled my account. Just too many hassles with the company...

I called last week and was told the same thing about volume 11 being backordered. Hopefully I'll get my volume 12 tomorrow. I'd ask for someone in the "escalation department". I've found that you need to call between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST if you want to get a person that can help you...
