Cartoon Network's fall is just something that grownups invented. Sorry, I just couldn't resist.
I'm going to go ahead and say that something like Reanimated/OOJH wouldn't be antithetical to the purpose of the network. Wasn't it supposed to be about cartoons anyway? It's certainly not the...
Yeah - as I said before I was in talks with one of the guys at Primal and they agreed to post up several bumps. He also told me he's going to look for more when he has time (which might be in a few weeks), too.
Not every cartoon... but close enough. ;) Powerhouse has always been my favorite...
I'll see what I can do.
Was this actually a Powerhouse theme bumper? I don't think movie/special event/marathon bumpers had the Powerhouse theme. Even if so, Primal wouldn't have a version with the narrator's voice. CN adds the narration in; Primal and the animators only have a version with...
Okay. This is big news for all the Powerhouse guys here.
A few days ago, someone at Primal Screen told me (through the Operation Time Capsule YouTube channel) that fans were calling them to request that they make more bumpers for CN. I said that I wasn't doing it and that there was no effort...
Boycott? Does this have something to do with those new "beta" channels they were planning to force on us today? They pushed that back.
Anyway, I've been uploading stuff to Operation Time Capsule. I got some of Ace's bumpers in, as well as Powerhouse stuff from Dayd111 and yossi411.
The fact...
Those particular ones came from Matthew Jenkins Studio. I have one more that I have to upload, a Fantastic Four BTTS (it came with the WBB, I have to separate them) and I'm also going through Ace's bumper collections, Strandquest's showreel, and Primal's montage to see what I can do with those.
Second on that. All of us at Operation Time Capsule would appreciate it greatly. :)
Speaking of which, Operation Time Capsule will expand to include a City bumpers section. A (very close) poll on OTC Forums seemed to indicate that many people thought the City era was nostalgic now. We will...
I hope his account doesn't get closed either, but no need to worry about backups. "Operation Time Capsule" has that covered. We have bumpers that we collected in 2006 that were since removed from YouTube. I think we're better at keeping bumpers online than YouTube is, and a lot of YouTube posts...
I really hope someone over there realizes that their system is fundamentally flawed and that repeatedly wiping all the threads won't fix a darn thing.
In other news... this.
The over-zealous word filter is laughable, especially when combined when the similarly laughably indifferent moderator who approves spam posts. I guess spam is perfectly ok as long as it's... erm, I mean it is not about jungles.
Do they regularly prune old posts? Both of the posts I made last month are gone and and the thread post date on "Dude, What would happen" is May 6. Do they do this every month?
